Default Anyone have any Problems After Tuneing?

Like Check Engine Lights or anything like that?

After my tune,
When Starting the car it felt like i had my foot on the gas when starting the engine would rev up a little by it self? anyone else?

and when ever idleing (more then 5 Min) with the AC on i would get a Check Engine Light?
& When it was on it felt like the car was idleing higher then it did when it was stock (without tune) anyone else?

please let me know if you guys had any problems
Thanks.

After LS2 edit car started serious ping problems, was told do the addition of AL in California. Also a surging idle with AC on. All gone now after switching over to HP tune along with an additional 10 rwhp.

It's all in the tune. Mine is 450RWHP and drives like stock, except a lot faster. So far no lights and no problems.

Mine was tuned by Ron at Z-Industries and have no problems. Hit 380rwhp with long-tubes, tune, intake, cat-back.

No dyno for mine but before and after 1/8th mile track runs. I gained .2 and 4mph (3.9X to be exact). Ran with three other cars both times and their times/mph didn't change. The weather was very similar as well. My intake and cat-back did nothing for my times. My tune was night and day.

Charlie at A & A said it's easier to work with and did both my LS2 and Hp. Blue was LS2 and Red is HP:

Several of us LS2 GTO guys are having the AC idle problem after LS2Edit tuning. The GTO has a manual switch labeled AC/Defog that must be depressed to activate the AC (it doesn't cycle automatically when the defog mode is selected as in most GM vehicles). With the AC on, the idle will hunt between about 900-1500rpms when engine load is removed (eg coasting to a stop or downshifting) and, in my case at least, its quite annoying. It clears up immediately once the AC is switched off.

I've been in contact with Ken at Carputing and he claims that LS2Edit has an AC Load table that can be modified to address this issue, however, my tuner has tried modifying this table along with other things to no avail.

I am not a tuning expert, but I have yet to run across anyone tuned with HP Tuners that is having this problem...

Had my 05 vert modded and tuned at A&A. Drove 300 miles then the check engine light came on. It stayed on for a few days of around town driving. Then it went off and has stayed off. I don't know why. Any help on this? Idle is about 100 rpm higher after the mods and tune - going from 500 to 600, no biggie.

I've got two 05 vettes both worked on at LG Motorsports.

Convertible - No problems, purr's like a kitty (think lion at WOT)
Halltech intake
LG LTs+random tech cats and Corsa exhaust
160 thermo
NGK spark plugs
LG Motorsports tune (LS2edit I think)

Coupe - no problems, purr's like a lion at idle
Halltech intake
LG LTs and stock exhaust
160 thermo
NGK spark plugs
LG Motorsports tune (LS2edit I think)
G5X3 Cam

I would say any CELs indicate a problem with the tune...be glad you are getting them. I read in a couple of threads where tuners were turning them off...eeek!! Go to a forum tuner/vendor if you can - they will make it work for you!!

Was this a mail order tune?

I ask because they estimate things and it isn't indicative of a properly set fueling.
