good luck, I have the same setup plus Corsa sports. Getting heads and cam next week. It's a long drive from Boca Raton, FL to N VA! And, you guys have snow, yes?
only tip i can really give you is take your time and be very careful when re-installing the header bolts. getting one cross threaded would be very expensive. good luck!

I would drive to Northern Va to get you to help put mine on also. Want to make a deal on that. I iwll help you if you help me and I will drive down and make it happen. I have some LGs and a vararam intake.
Hints;
1. Pay attention to the directions.
2. Be sure and install the clutch line bracket BEFORE you install the drivers side header.
3. Triple check the exhaust manifold gaskets orientation before you torque them down, if they are wrong you can't install the sparkplugs.
4. Be carefull with the O2 sensor wire routing, the instructions are vague.
5. Watch the torque settings, most are well below what air tools usually give.
6. Use anti-seize on the header bolts and spark plugs.
i got this from haljensen. THANKS!!!
Trust me I am going to put together a nice DIY with a buttload of pics!!!
Once I get comfortable I will do a set every weekend for free
I live to work on cars ... and it gets me away from the fiance for a valid reason. She is a car fanatic too! but doesnt like to get dirty!
I'll probably have some time Saturday if you need a hand. I think I'll be getting LGs shortly. Not sure if I want to do them myself or just have a shop take care of it...
this might help...
i have dynotech headers on my ls1 camaro.
one of the problems (many) i had with these are the flange bolt holes.
on 2 different sets of heads, the bolt holes are slightly different than the heads.the drivers side was just minor problem, the pass side would bind the header bolt either side of dead center no matter how you aligned the header. i ended up enlarging the holes 1 drill size to fix...
a major pita after you get the header in...
