Changing the Battery
Went to start my 95 LT1 coupe this morning and the battery was too weak to crank the engine. Lights still worked but no start.
So right now, I don't know if I need a new battery (present one is 3 1/2 years old).
But if I do I was looking for information on the replacement. I thought I remember a series of posts a year or two back but my search for it has yeilded nothing.
Seems like the lower side panel had to be removed and one of its fastners was difficult to remove.
Does anyone else remember the early discussions and can you point me in its direction?
Does anyone have info on the replacement of this battery. I haven't had a chance to check my maint manual yet.
Also what brand of aftermarket battery is good?
