I was checking out a C6 today and it looked like the O2s were right upfront on the top side of the headers. Is this right?
The front O2 sensors are but the rear are buried. The fronts won't do you much good for tuning, they are "narrow band" and only register close to the desired stoich mixture. You need a "wide band" O2 to properly tune. The wide band and a gauge run $500+.

One look at his sig, and I'm pretty sure he knows his way around a wide-band...
Thanks guys, I have 2 more C6's coming in tomorrow for full tunes. The first one is a sunset orange C5 6speed that has stock headers, Borla Cat back, Vararam and spacer. We're going to port/polish the TB and full PCM tune. Arnolds car is the first car we will tune with the factory manifolds. The second car is a Black on Black Z51 6 speed. We're installing LG Pro long tubes with wideband bungs tig welded into the collectors, Borla cat back, Vararam, porting TB and full PCM tune.

When you say that the downline O2 sensors are "buried", where exactly are they buried? I have an 08 C6 vert with a bad O2 sensor on Bank 2, downline. I understand that it is after the cat, but I just can't seem to locate it. Please help! Thanks!
