Reset Ambient Temperature Setting
The ambient temperature display is stuck at 75 and does not change accrording to the outside temperature. Anyone else ever have this? Also, does anyone know how to reset the outside temp reading?
In the past I have found that many electrical hiccups are fixed by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then powering back up so as to reboot. This happened with my C5 Hvac system more than once. Good luck with it.

yup, i think it is running xp.....bill gates' POS.
are you not seeing the temp go up after a short distants? according to the manual when the outside air temp is higher then dic temp...depending on your speed it could take a couple minute of driving before the temp sensor adjust....i had also see this before on my car...but after driving it for a while or a couple restarts after driving, the sensor was operational.
I had that happen when I installed the CAI. I forgot to hook the sensor back up. The sensor is on the right side of the radiator toward the bottom if I remember correctly.

Maybe the answer, just added the Halltech CAI when I put on new heads/cam. Will check it out.
