Vortex or Varram

Just curious as I narrow down the search for changing out the intake on my C6 which one between the Vortex and Varram do people have or prefer. The Vortex seems to run a bit more expensive and I'm not sure if it is worth the extra $$.
Does anyone have firsthand experience with a comparison between both?

I have a vararam and dont have the Vortex but I am completely satisfieds with my intake. I put on the space with it and it really woke the car up. I would suggest that you save the 200 dollar difference and put that money towards headers or you next modification.

What is the space? Does it come with the intake?

Its a TB spacer, its supposed to give an additional 5hp. Check out this thread.

Spacer is the way to go. Get the Vararamn and you will not be disappointed.

Ive had the vararam on my C5Z and my C6 Coupe and love them. Never had any problems and can definitely feel a nice throttle response change on the highway.

To be honest, ill NEVER pay the corvette tax on any BP product like the vortex. The intake is just plastic, youll never be able to convince me its worth the extra $200 just because its a different brand or shape. I got my vararam for $350 shipped and am thrilled with the results.

We have a gp going on for the Vararam and the spacer shipped and all in the sales section. We need 10 orders to get it going. Well nine including myself.
