DTC code help
I got DTC code P0430...catalyst efficeincy below threshold bank 2.
Can anyone help me to correct this problem. It comes on every once in awhile. I have the Dynatech headers w/ cats. I cleared it but still comes back on.
Where is bank 2?

Are your headers coated? If not, you're likely losing too much heat due to header radiation before the cats, which is causing the converter low efficiency code. If the header is coated, you may have an O2 #2 (after the cat) sensor problem. Could be something wrong with the O2 sensor wiring extension, or with the sensor itself. That can also generate a converter low efficiency code. And of course it is possible, though not too likely, that the converter is at fault.
