By not telling us you are opening us up to the possibility of getting a product of sub-standard quality. Let's say I did ask the vendor I was interested in where there headers were made and he said "US" of course, how would I know if he was lying? If there was a sticker he could simply pull it off. I think a little info is in order. Like what was posted earlier let the other members chime in and give their opinions on the headers that way we can get an idea if they really are "sub-standard" or if someone simply had a bad day when you buddies headers were made. Isn't that what this forum is all about?
Next time be prepared to call a spade a spade. If it is true, say it and be done with it. Include such information as you have and let others make of it what they will. If you feel it my be inaccurate then next time dont post until you know or are at least confident enough in your information to post it. Do this out of respect for the reputation of a company that you may be harming by posting information you know may be false and respect for yourself. A man doesnt accuse until he knows and when he does he backs it up.
Don't you guys get it? This guy is just having fun with us. He doesn't have any friends on the East coast, he doesn't have any friends at all. He's just stirring the pot for the heck of it and all of us bit.
I wouldn't think a Senior Member with 5 stars would in fact exaggerate a story like this. Maybe he needs a few more days to get it all together. Because, new products are a big attraction.

A friend on the east coast said he just bought a set of headers from a VERY well known maker of headers for the C5s and C6s, and they were made in China, and looked cheap. I won't mention the name of the supplier, because I really haven't seen them myself. Anyone else heard about Chinese headers for the C6?
Well, Kooks are made here in the east, and from what I've read here it looks like the new American headers are also by a former Kooks builder, so who does that leave in the east? Nobody.
