Default 235 / 40 / 18 on front?

Finally there's a race tire out for C6, but only has a front directional tire in 235/40. About 1/2" difference in height and little more in width. Do you think it will make a huge difference?

Thanks for specs. I've heard that little of difference is fine. I assume it won't make enough difference to impact speedometer or handling. It's worth benefit of getting Competition compound I guess.

TC will only give problems if the Rear to Front diameter differential is LESS than stock, because the system interprets the higher relative wheel speed of the rear as wheelspin. So more (i.e. smaller front) is OK.

I assume you are looking at a NT01 or the Toyo RA-1 235. That, with 275 40 on the back or 285, should be a good combo.
