Default Urgetn HELP.........

My 06' C6 keeps blowing relays on my MSD fuel boost pump. I have a Procharger and need more pressure. Can anyone tell me since I think it is time to just change the fuel pump itself to a larger one, how to get to the pump? Is there an access panel by a tire or does the comlete tank need to come down. Does anyone have install instructions for a fuel pump on a C6?

Thanks for the help.

The entire left tank needs to be removed. The pump is inside.

Is it a hard chore to do? Do you have any idea how I can see what needs to come off or directions to get it? I am just in a bind. Thank s for the help.

It's a big job. It takes the dealer about 5 hours. The car needs to be jacked up pretty high and then just unbolting things until the tank drops down. The car has two tanks so there are a few lines that connect the two. If you get under the car you can see a protective shield under the tank. That would be the first thing to remove.

BIG job. Keep in mind that if you run the car lean, things like pistons start to melt......

The AFR's are good at WOT 12.00 or less. My problem is it is running almost too rich. We will try a double relay on the boos a pump to see if that stops it from blowing. If that does not work I will change the pump itself.

Thanks for the advice guys.
