Throwing code

I've gotten the now infamous DIC Check Gas Cap which after fooling around with the cap cleared, then Check Engine lamp lit steadily, and nothing conclusive from OnStar vehicle diagnostics. Off to get a Innova code reader and I'm getting a P0455 emmisions code. Does anyone have any experience with this particular code? Resolution? New gas cap? Help!

Cleared code

Using the Innova device and code has not returned, so far so good.

E-bay has the best price. There's a place in Texas that sells them. Kragen on line has them for $199. In the store their about $100 more. Innova makes cheaper models. The 3110 is the best for the home mechanic. It shows a complete description of the fault on the screen not just the code #. They all have the CAN technology. Some members will recommend the cheaper model, it's a personal thing. Do a search on Google for a complete description of all of them.
