Read the manual. I think it says after every day at the track also.

I couldnt find it. All it said was it was under the maintenance II.

Some things were maintenance I some were II , but I couldent find miles or times that it should be changed. Maybe it's there , I just didnt see it.

Mileage numbers for these fittings will be difficult to define.

Feel the rubber bladder around the greased connection...if the bladder appears partially filled, and you can feel some bulk and resistance to your touch, then it has grease inside. Be careful not to overgrease the fittings...if you overfill the bladders, they can burst or begin to leak grease and/or allow dirt inside...not good.

I haven't done mine yet (8 months, 3500 miles), but will probably check them every other oil change.

If I remember right from your other post you have an 06 so the page numbers might be off a few pages. The 05 manual talks about greasing them at the end of every race day on page 2-22 and then refers to regular maintenance starting on page 6-4 and fluid and grease type's on page 6-11. Hope this helps.
