It is basically the same size as the rivets you will be using to secure the housing too. If you want, pm me your mailing address and Ill be happy to mail you the one they sent me.

Be sure to use high temperature gasket sealent between the lower assembly and the radiator baffle. Makes a nice airtight fit.

I added a scoop to better direct air to the filter element. Also while you have the radiater shroud out, cut the bottom corners off at a 45 degree angle and it will go back on easier.

I have an '07 convertible on order and am considering the Honker, Lingenfelter, SLP Blackwing and Power Flow (a low probability). Did you consider all these options and still go with the Honker? I'd appreciate someone helping me narrow down the field. Thanks!

#4 drill bit is .209" in diameter.

Please contact Callaway (860) 434-9002, and we'll send you a replacement drill bit.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I hesitate to post the attachment because it's an advertisement, but I wanted to show you the exploded view of the C6 Honker, so you could see how it works and compare the design features and construction quality to the other brands you mentioned.

Did you test the Ligenfelter unit in your side by side tests?

well I dont know but lookin at the pics of I guess is the shroud, it looks to be a MAJOR undertaking to put the honker on a stock C6. I was hoping to put one on, I originally understood it to be an easy install. Can anybody clear this up for me.
