Default ccwheels

I have a 07 on order. It is to be built on 7-10-06. Would like to put ccw's on it. Do the 8.5" and 10"wheels have the same offset as the stock wheels,or will the wheels sit out more? I have seen some with 11" wheels on the rear and 10" on the front. They sit out a little too far.

ccw is complet custom wheels. meaning, if you want him to build the wheels with the same offset as stock wheels, just tell him

I do know they now have a 9.5" wheel for the fronts (that is what the CCW guy said in a different thread). They just began shipping.

The rears at 11 do stick out just a little bit... I believe the 13" wheels will stick out a bit too on the Z06 fenders. They just don't have a 12" for the rear.

As always, the devil is in the details, and your objectives determine the route you should take. I just mounted a set of Michelin PS2s on Fikse 5S, Split Five wheels. http://www.fikse.com/profil5s.html, and I love them!!

After much deliberating, I went with 9 x 18" fronts and 10 1/2 x 19" rears. Exactly 1/2" over stock widths. I did not want oversized tires that are clearly too big for the car.

My goal is to use the OE painted wheels and supercars as the autocross/everyday setup until they wear out, and eventually replace the tires with better tracking treads. I'll use the Fikse/PS2s for show.

Now I need to have the sensors calibrated and an alignment, and I should be good to go.

Nice looking wheels.I haven't made up my mind as to keep stock z51 tires or get z06 tires.I know if I keep the stock tires that they have a8.5 x18 and a 10x19 wheel. If go to z06 size they make a9.5x18 and a11x19 wheel at ccw. Just don't want the tires out of the body line.

I seriously thought about swapping my CCWs (stock sizes) for the wider Z06 sizes, but the extra tire sticking out of the wheel well and the fact that the Z06 runflats are designed for 12-13" wheels has kept me on the fence. Sometimes I see pictures where the cars look great, and other times the tires look too big for the fenders and wheel, depending on the angle. Some of the cars on the forum look like they would damage the fender on a hard bump.

Thanks Flaiside. The pictures of your blue car heip. It looks like the tires sit out just a small bit more than stock. That is the look I am hopping for. Can' wait for my car to get here. I want to have the parts her when she comes.

Put the rear Z06 quarters on (or the aftermarket rear wide body panels) and then you can run a 12 or 13" wheel back there without them sticking out. A 9.5" in the front would also result in no tire sticking out as a few people have a 10" up front and it only sticks out a 1/4 to 1/8 of an inch... barely noticable.

My wheels are painted Silver. A one off that CCW made for John Page at 21st Century Musclecars. My GF liked the stock painted silver look of my car with the OEM Silver wheels so John had them made for me.

I love these wheels.

Give John or Chip a call. They can make what you want. http://www.ccwheel.com

CCW are the wheels of choice for most guys who road race, great strong wheels. I have three sets which take a beating and hold up great.

No matter which style you pick it will be the right one and look

Both CCW and Fiske websites don't list the price of the wheels [unless I missed something].

Anybody have a ballpark figure ???
