Fuzzy eBay performance items

Has anyone out there "successfully" checked into any of the "fringe" performance items being sold on eBay?
- Speed Modz SMP: claims +25 HP gain
- FS Technologies Fuel Saver: claims 4-7 MPG
- TurboMaster

If it sounds too good to be true, it must be. Right?

seems that on these vettes, unless your paying $100 per horsepower its BS. There are some exceptions that are less, but not much less.

Thanks. I googled the products and the companies. NADA, although it appears to me that they're the same company. I thought that someone out there might know someone who had actually tried one of these things. So far, no info ... good or bad.
