Had my oil changed at the dealer about a week ago. Ever since, the exterior temperature sensor has not worked properly.
It does work, but just doesn't show the correct temperature or just stays "stuck" on the same temperature for the entire day. Today, it showerd 82 degrees even though it is 96 outside. Then all of a sudden it jumped to 96 then went back to 82.
Any ideas if this is something I can check and fix or is it back to the dealer? (And by the way, is it something the dealer could have done in an oil change?)

IIRC the sensor is on the passenger side of the grill opening in the front bumper. If you open the hood you should be able to see it by looking in front of the radiator can't remember if the stock air filter assembly is in the way. You might check to make sure it is still connected, it is quite possible that it came unplugged.

But that's a long way from the drain plug and filter.
It is sort of like when it was found out my park/neutral switch on side of transmission needed replacement my fuel door stopped locking and now sticks out staying in the open position. Door doesn't catch onto anything.

I wiggled the sensor around and the temperature registered correctly so I assume it is a loose connection.
May have just been coincidental that it happened after the oil change. I'll give the dealer the benefit of the doubt (this time).
Just reach down in there from the top, under the hood in front of the radiator. There is a connector on the back side of the temp sensor. Make sure it is snapped together tightly.

Can't see the connector from there and can't get my hand down there!
Here is a pic. This was taken standing on the passenger side of car with hood open, looking down just in front of the radiator. The only difference is I have the LPE air filter box. If you have the stock unit you might need to look under the passenger side air filter housing. Hope it helps, the plug is the baby blue colored one.
