Default Which mods should be done first?

I have seen a lot of posts about "bolt-on" mods. But what order should they be done in, if I don't do them all it once. In other words, if I want to build to a moderate increase in RWHP (50-75) what should I do and when?

I am considering: LT headers, high flow cats, no cats (ORP), etc. Basically a deep breathing exercise! Any suggestions? Thanks.

Headers/exhaust/tune should get you pretty close to 50.Intake too, maybe CALLAWAY or a VARARAM w/ spacer thing(around 5 hp w/the spacer).

Sounds like a reasonable approach. Free flow intake, long tube headers, hi flos, x pipe and cat back. A good bang for the buck without endangering your warranty.

That 50-75 rwhp increase is very hard to hit with just bolt ons. I currently have kooks long tube headers and high flow cats (jet hot coated), corsa sports, vararam intake and tbs, port and polished intake and P&P throttle body, custom air coupler and an electric water pump. After all that and a tune I'm sitting at 386 rwhp.

Anything to assist breating is a good place to start.

I did in order:
1. Borla CatBack
2. Calloway CAI

Next:
3. LG LongTubes + tune
4. FAST Intake

Long Range Plan:
5. HD Clutch
6. HD Rear & 4.114.
7. Cam/Springs/Retainers/Push Rods + tune
8. Wider Rear Tires

Going to need a cam. Might get it with all the bolt ons and a FAST intake but I doubt it. It probably has been done but it is not the norm.

Do you want a warranty? Think about it!

Save you money and do headers, air intake system, FAST intake manifold, heads and cam all at one time. Have to unbolt the headers, intake and air intake system to do heads. Pay for labor all at one time.......................or just do heads/cam/headers/ intake manifold at the shop and install your intake yourself afterwards. IMHO

Skip the catbacks, if you want to get bang for the buck....won't get you much. Go with the headers, CAI and tune. Intake manifold, heads/cam next.
