Need recommendations for plugs with planned modifications?
I plan on adding the following:
LG PRO catted headers, B&B Bullet cat-back, Callaway Honker CAI, a tune, 160 thermostat, and plugs. My tuner swears by NGK, which I have used in the past in my 01 Lightning, but they seemed to idle rough and misfired at times. I had Denso on my 04 Cobra, and liked them much better. What do you all think? Please list the brand and part number for the plugs of choice.
Irridiums were shown long ago to be the least number of misfires per minute. You can see this on a scan tool. The amount drops to less than 5 per minute and shows 4-5hp more than the stock plug from the C5. The only swap i did was to go a heat range colder for a 100 shot.

Which Denso would you recommend for the LS2 with the planned mods? I ran the IT 20 on my 04 Cobra at 14 pounds of boost, but I suspect that would be too cold for this application. What about the IT 16?

While iridium plugs are great for normal use, they don't last long when shooting nitrous. Plain platinum tip or copper tip plugs hold up better under the juice.

As in my use with nitrous I went with a tr6...one heat range colder. I already mentioned the change earlier.
