Default Need advice on exaust

I am very new to sports cars, and was wondering what the loudest and/or best exaust is for the C6. I read so many posts on borla, corsa, bullets, etc. Please post any advice on what I should get....I want to get my baby loud

If you have already many posts on this subject, then you are already aware that there are many differing opinions about what is "best". Bullets are the loudest, no doubt.

My advise is to find someone in your area with each of the exhaust that you are considering and listen to them in person. Many posts of people buying and not liking what they got. This is the only way you will trully know what the exhuast is going to sound like. Good luck with your decision. By the way, I went with Corsa Sports as I did not want any drone. I really like the Corsa's but, to each his own.

Wait until tomorrow.

My Corsa Sports just arrived for my 2006 C6.

I have had B&B Bullets on my 2005 C6 and switched to the Magnaflow #15884 catback.

I have heard GHLs on two different C6s, one auto and one manual.

My opinion on the Corsa Sports might prove quite valuable to you

It would definitely prove valuable to me. I'm currently considering going from stock to Corsa, Magnaflow or GHL on my '06 A6. Please post your results/impressions. -Thanks

I'm not crazy about the tone.....but am about resigned to the fact that Corsa Sports are the only truly droneless option for the A6.

Thanks Howard...I think I'm about ready to pull the trigger on some Corsa Sports...with the knowledge that I can convert them to touring if they are too loud for me.

I'd really like a more classic muscle car sound but can't deal with drone...we do too much highway driving.

Borla Touring and just then add a set of LG's LT Headers. No drone.

I dropped my car off this morning at 7:30am to have the Corsa Sports installed.

My father is going to leave work early and my wife is going to drop him off at Meineke at 3pm to pick up my car.
I'll just have to suffer and drive the C6 Vert home

What's cool is, I'll get his opinion and then have my opinion on the Corsas.

Two opinions for the normal price of one

I should get home by about 6pm and I will take the car for a nice cruise.

Expect a formal write-up around 8pm EST.

Here is some advice, it is spelled exhaust.

Don't you hate it the first time you find out you can not edit the thread header.

Don't worry these exhaust threads usually die a quick death anyway.

As far as exhaust note, it is so subjective that someone's opinion on the Internet is probably not the way to go.

There is zero drone with the Borla Touring. I have the MN6. I just went on a 120 mile road trip to the casino and i ran speed from 75-125 mph and there was no drone at all.
