Default Differential Problem

I had the grinding problem when turning so 6 months ago I had the differential flushed per bulletin. Then since the problem came back and was worse I just had the clutch packs done this week and I picked her up Fri evening. The car had a weird smell like methane sorta but did not think anything of it. The next am i went for a 70 mile trip and noticed the back of the car was splatter with some kinda oil then when i got home I noticed the garage floor had dif. fluid on it. I am brining it back first thing mon am but has anyone had this happen after performing the bulletin. What might it be?

FYI 2005 Z51 MN6

Thanx
Joe

Diff lub stinks. Some GM diff lub has a "grape" scent added to it to help to mask the odor, and eliminate customer complaints on order.
