Chuck @ HPE, you are answering this thread in f-body mode. Read a LOT on this forum, you will find that the majority of Corvette guys aren't as into "racing other cars" like the Camaro/Firebird guys. They are looking for personal enjoyment from their Corvette, not so much about track times or street racing them.
So, in light of that, the Magna is a VERY viable option, and I know for a fact it feels more responsive and fun than a centrifugal. I get to enjoy my Magna on a daily-basis just commuting to work, and I don't have to go WOT at 6K+ rpm to do so.
That being said, I also am installing a Procharger in the Firebird, because that car WILL be raced more than the Corvette.
