This has been discussed here in the past and the feeling is you would be better off buying a C6 with one in it from the factory. Do a search and maybe you can find some more information. Numerous members have installed very good after market unit's and have been very happy with them.

I don't have the non-factory unit, but Pioneer makes a good after market unit. I would go with the Pioneer if I didn't have the factory unit.

Default Navigation.....

I have 2005 C6 equipped w/ factory Navigation...very good equipment.

However I have a Garmin Street Pilot (for my work as a Parole Officer) I I find it very easy to use. Use see, with the factroy Corvette Navigation system you can't input new addresses while moving you have to do it prior to the trip (or while stopped at a light.) With the Garmin, you can use it at anytime, (while the car is moving), but you have to mount it on the windshield...good luck...

Paul

The Factory looks awesome, I would not have it any other way..
