Quarter-mile time is for manual trans car with drag radials, from actual testing at the dragstrip. Automatics are about a half-second slower, due to 2.56 rear axle ratio and additional driveline losses (horsepower absorbed by the automatic transmission).
The Callaway-installed content is covered by Callaway's 5 years / 100K mile warranty. It works like this:
If you should have a problem, you would bring the car to the Chevy dealership. You don't have to figure out whether it's a Callaway problem or a GM problem. If the dealer's service department thinks there's a Callaway problem, he contacts us. If it's something that the dealer can address, then we'll provide repair parts for him to install. For example, if a shifter needs to be replaced, or the exhaust system breaks, or if the embroidery in a floor mat unravels, Callaway will ship the parts and the dealer will install. But if there's anything that the dealer can't address, then we'll send a Callaway technician to the dealership to make repairs. It's much less costly and time-consuming to fly a technician to the dealership, than to transport the car to Connecticut. (Please note that this process is valid for Callaway Corvette Authorized Dealers only.)
FWIW, we haven't had any warranty claims for SuperCharged Corvettes at all since we started building them in February.
I just noticed that you now have an authorized dealership in Illinois. Now does this policy and work performed only vaild for brand new cars, or can we have this work done to any C6 model?
Mike, good deal - I see you solved the warranty question about the GM announcment, upping the Corvette warranty from 3/36 to the 5/100k That is an AMAZING warranty
Again, good deal

Who determines the Price of these Callaway-equipped cars?
The individual "Callaway Corvette Authorized Dealers" can give you specific pricing info. According to the feedback I get here from the dealers in our network, the Callaway Package portion of the car's price is not negotiable. To approximate the price of a complete Callaway Corvette, you could add the advertised Callaway package prices (and Callaway option prices, if so equipped) to the price of the stock Corvette. The total price will obviously depend on how you equip the car, i.e., whether it's a 1LT manual coupe with no options or a 3LT automatic convertible with NAV or somewhere in between.
With the Atomic Orange car shown above, Simon Chevrolet also added some cool exterior and interior details that really make this car unique. Extra "dealer-installed" mods usually affect price also.

I wish you didn't have to have a different hood.....I like the "sleeper" look. Stock until you stomp on it
Sweet package though
It has me rethinking a new Z. I like the paddle shifter, but that hood...anyway to make that thing fit with a stock hood?

Great work Callaway!
Hi stano, that hood thing, I wonder if they ran that up to 180 to see what it does. Just a half inch on the rear spoiler had to be added to the Z06 for stability. That hood airfoil now might make that front light as hell.

The Supercharger "snout" sits more "forward" that the stock LS2 intake manifold/throttle body design - that is the reason a new hood is mandated.
The design is actually quite low - esp. compared to some other designs out there
Here is a pic from inside the car - the "rise" in the hood is mostly forward, leaving the view from the drivers seat with a subtle difference over "stock."
Here is another picture of the hood - installed on the victory red test car
After looking at that picture, I changed it to a different one because yes, in haste I realized the hood was indeed unlatched.
That was because while entering the drive in, people had asked to see under the hood while we waited in "line" to get in - It took about an hour to enter and as you can imagine, a car like that causes quite a stir of interest

I hope this info is useful
Actually it is! That's the best pic's I've seen to date
Appreciate it alot. Send more if ya got 'em
100K WARRANTY!!! That is a big selling point. I imagine you must do the repairs making the repair process somewhat time consuming if the car is located far from your shop.
