I like the concept, loud when you want it, NO DRONE! BUT BUT, NO One is using it on their vette! They should make it wireless, would make a much simpler install!
I am not sure which is better, also saw these on CF.
It isn't a c6 by any means, but I run them on my daily driven T/A. At some point I became obsessed with keeping the car quiet. QTEC was completely the answer. Loud as hell when I want to get the Honda next to me to stop revving his engine; quiet enough to hear myself think when I don't.
Wireless would be nice, but these can be done with a good clean install.
I use the Quick Time cutouts on my 2005 C6. Loud Loud Loud when you want it and quiet with a Borla Touring System the rest of the time.
The cutouts face inward on each side of the transmission with the opener motors sticking up between the tranny and the tunnel (over the top of the exhaust pipe). My installer made some little turn-downs so that the exhaust doesn't blast into the rear center section.
They have been on my car for over 2 years and I have never had an issue with warranty or codes being thrown.

YES! Finally someone uses them . Do you have any pics? Do they leak at all? Can they be placed at the end just before the muffler facing down?
Thanks,
Gene
PS. Any sound clips?
Thanks . . . have you had any warranty work after installing the cutouts?
Craig
Yes, I have had warranty work done twice with no problem and in one case, the service advisor complimented me on the cool install of the cut-outs. He said that everyone in that section of the shop had to come over and look at them. The install is clean and cannot be seen unless the car is on a lift. The wires enter the passenger compartment through the parking brake grommet. The switch is installed into the side of an extra drink holder in the passenger foot well in front of the passenger seat and cannot be seen either. I do not have any leaks from them either.
Guys if you have any pics of our cutouts on your C6 please send them to us. We would like to add to our site. We get many requests but do not have any pictures of them. And if anyone has like to make a video for us email me. I like to show off the videos on the website and at the SEMA show. Email us directly at sales@quicktimeperformance.com

Comp me a set and I'll document the install and all the photos & videos you want - I'm serious !
I have a set of your competitors on my 70 BB Chevelle so it would be nice to see how yours stack up - I'm not real happy with brand D.
