Interesting hot/cold combo

I turned on the A/C in my 2005 today, and out of the driver's side of the vents it was blowing the normal cold air, but on the passenger vents very hot air was coming out!

Anybody have this unique problem before?

maybe you have the temp on the passager side set much higher then driver side.

Guess I shoulda posted that detail. It doesn't matter what temp I change the passenger side to, it still blows hot air like it's at max temp.

what happens if you turn off the passager side setting? you may need dealer service / warranty repair.

The passenger side turns off and on correctly, just nothing but hot air blows. Sadly, the car has no mas warranty......

Sounds like the kind of set-up my wife would like....she's always complaining the A/C is too cold!

When ever I feel the hot air comming from my right I realize it's HER griping, so yeah I've had the same problem...
