Default How many with FI, without headers?

How many of you are running completely stock or catback only exhaust and some type of supercharger?

I really love my B&B Route66 without headers, perfect sound level for me.

I know this will cause a bottle neck for more power since it isn't as free flowing as headers, but is it to restrictive and cause seals to blowout or anything with being catback only? I am not too fimilar with FI and don't knwo if this would be too much backpressure.

Thanks!

I am running the East Coast Supercharging Paxton Unit on bone stock engine and exhaust.
I made 501 RWHP with this setup.
Hope This helps.

The S/C systems are designed and power rated for a stock motor. So you should not have any issues in running one. All other bolt ons will only add to that power.

Thank you both for the reply.

Medriver, I am very curious about your setup. I have read about it in other posts. I like keeping the stock hood as well as using the engine oil for the unit. Do you have to add more oil to compensate? Have you had any issues, major or minor? What PSI are you running at?

Pros/Cons to the setup? What RPM are you seeing boost come in at? Can you PM me what you paid for installation costs?

Thanks!

Anything over 450whp on stock tires just goes up in smoke anyway. I only have 473 whp with my Procharger.

Stroked250, I am running as you know the ECS Paxton, and no I do not
add any extra oil ,just normal oil changes.
I am running 7 lbs of boost that usually starts to come on at about 4500 rpm.
I have had no issues, very satisfied with ECS and The Paxton.
I wish I knew about this system earlier ,on my last car I bought every little HP promising bolt on. When I added it all up it would have been more economical to just get the Paxton.
Pros = Miles of smiles, incredible power, awesome look under the hood, great sound.
Cons= Traction I have since gone to BFG KDW non run flats

No Need to PM you the price they are running a sale now in the FI Section.
I Paid more before the sale.
Glad to help with any questions 2 months ago I was asking the same questions.
