Well after much thought I've decided to go with a cam. It will work with either my future maggie/ECS/A&A system in the future. The car will hopefully make somewhere in the 420-430's with the cam only.
The specs are 228*-234*-114*-.630"-.600"
I had my good friend at FTI grind the cam for me. He's done several in the past and I haven't been dissapointed yet.
The cam goes in this week courtesy of the guys over at Horsepower Sales. They should have it wrapped up later this week. I'll keep you guys updated.
Gates open at 430, we usually have our first time trial by 6 or so. Moroso gives us the skidpad down by the left lane finish line to set up and our own tech inspector which is great.
We've got a great bunch of guys. A lot of good friendships have been forged at the Challenge, I think you'll like it. See you there!
I was thinking of having horsepower sales do a cam install as well,Im interested to see the results.Pm me what they are charging for the cam install.I will come up to the challenge sat,but I just had my headers, off r x,and 410 gears installed so I might not have enough breakin miles to risk some passes. My car is getting tuned at breathless tue or wed. What time do you guys usually get up there?

The Miramar Posse (3 of us) usually get there around 5.
