Default FSD's are here ?

The question is, anything special about installing these shocks? Pretty much like any other car? I have the service manual therefore the torque settings, just wondering about any other tidbits of info.

Thanks

It's not too difficult. The hardest part is figuring out how to manuever the old shocks out once you remove all the bolts. For the rear shocks, I grabbed hold of the lower part of the shock and pushed up to compress it. As you're compressing it, rotate the bottom "bracket" of the shock so that it clears the a-arm and can be removed. For the front, after removing the upper nut and 2 lower bolts, push down on the dust boot to compress the shock and lower the piston rod below the frame contact point. This requires some finesse with the bushings. Some suggest using rope to keep the shock compressed, but i didn't find it necessary.

What sway bars are you running? Would love to get some feedback on the FSD shocks as well, once you have them installed.

I have the Z-51 sways on a base suspension. If weather isn't to bad, will try and get them on this weekend and take a little drive.
Wish me luck.
