Buy the 4 pucks. Use a floor jack to raise the front end and install jack stands (wth pucks). Use floor jack to raise rear end and install jack stands (with pucks).

You wil need a 2 x10 to raise with a floor jack so that you do not damage the suspension supports.

and be sure to do it in that order (front first), as the parking brake and trasmission only lock the rear wheels. You may have to drive onto boards or a ramp first in order to get enough ground clearance to get a floor jack under the front.

I recently did this review from all the posts and here's what I came up with.

1- drive front wheels onto 2x10's so your "low level" jack can get under the front of the car. Only the low level jacks will fit under the front.

2 - put on the parking brake. Loosen bolts. Do not remove bolts

3-Use 2x4x18in wood or Northern tool bracket on top of jack before jacking up front of car. I had a friend weld me this piece.

4- Place jacking pucks on frame and then let car settle onto front jack pucks behind front wheels.

5 - remove jack from front and use 2x4 or Northern tool bracket on top of jack before jacking up rear of car.

6 - Put rear pucks in place, and lower rear of car onto rear jack stands in front of rear wheels.

Good to go.

Good write up. I'm going to print a copy of this for reference. One question. What kind of jack stands do you use. The jacking pucks are flat on the bottom but every jack stand I've seen has a craddle shape so I'm afraid of them slipping.
