Just to add to what the others are saying, the FAST yields greater gains than a ported intake. Another member on this site has very similar mods to me (almost exact I think) except he has a FAST intake vs my ported intake. We used the same shop and dyno......his peak numbers are greater (+10rwhp not sure about peak tq) but more impressive are his average torque gains in the mid-range.

(which for us 2007 guys 5yr 100k mi isnt worth the risk)
I'm really ticked at GM and their warranty. I bought a 06 c6 a6 F55 and paid an additional $4,700 to get warranty extended to 7 yr 84k miles, I feel that I have been ripped off, 2 yrs more and 16k miles less. I think they should adjust our warranty and give us a refund. What makes it worse, I saved GM a transmission when I was getting ready to leave for Big Bend National Park during the summer when the transmission cooling hoses began leaking and they didn't even call me when the car was ready and I missed taking it to Big Bend because of confirmed reservations. I discovered the hoses leaking when looking under the car a few days before we were ready to leave, only 1,200 miles on car. They fired that write up advisor a month or so later but that didn't help me, they need some type of rating system to insure the dealers are giving good service by some type of employee reward system tied to GM factory.
