Thanks for the data. I 've heard that on many occassions with the C6. The few I have seen with Z06's have had results similar to mine. (But what a feel of a difference, unbelievably disproportional to the graphs is seems). No explanation other than the exhaust ports might need to be opened up with custom head work. Also the 1 3/4" generate more low end torque than the 1 7/8". But I got the later anyway. Kind of makes me wonder why they make 2" ones.

sure did. some of the 02 sensors had burned out in the back when the wire was laying on the headers. We ended up cutting them out, but im not sure if it burned out the cats when it overheated 1 bank of them...Pipe became rainbow colored on that side.
I want to do headers, but can't smell like exhaust when working, which is what I am trying to figure out.
