Most folk just reuse the stock bolts - if you do, be sure to use anti-sieze on them. GM uses a very cool treatment of threadlocker/antisieze that you can't buy over the counter. You can, however buy a set of treated bolts from Chev. Since yours is a 05, you might consider it.

It's hard to beat the GM gaskets too. You won't know what shape yours are in until you get it apart, so I think I would have a new set on hand.

Sorry, I don't have the part number, but you could probably get it from one of the supporting vendors. However, use the stock OEM gasket with your Kooks.

By the way, I used the Stage 8 bolts on my Stainlessworks header install on my 01 Z28 (LS1) and they are nice, but what a pain to install. I've heard a lot of people leave off the locking feature, but I put them all on even though I really doubt if they would work. The bolt can still loosen a little and that is all it takes to get a leak. However, my stage 8's never loosened, so that was fine.

So when I put the LG Pro's on my 06 Vette, I didn't waste the money on the Stage 8's and just reused the stock bolts. Worked great, I wished I'd listened to everyone on LS1Tech.com when I did my Camaro!

Exhaust gaskets are # 1260-0530 (each)

I don't have a # for the bolts - your local Chevy dealer should be good for something... If not, Bob at Fichtner can probably help you, but they do close at noon. (1-800-267-5124)
