Maybe I will do the ported intake with the H/C cam package.
........Not gonna get a tune. I'm just going to let the 10 HP hang in limbo and put the tune cost elswhere.

with our 91 octane here, i am pretty sure we are not going to get additional 10hp. someone in tempe got a dyno tune and only gain 2hp.

Hey force fed, it would be nice if you fill out your profile. Help us out a little so the we won't hesitate to communicate with you. I had my Melrose installed two weeks ago XTC Pinellas Park, Florida. When you say "next town over" where? Who/What are you replying to? Maybe I missed something. Thanks

Okay guys, just had my C6 Z51 Mn6 dyno tuned yesterday with Jeremy. I currently have the Melrose and VaraRam, baseline pull was 343 rwhp/340 rwtq. Jeremy said that's about the average with his dyno when compared to others. Next he did the tune, results were 360/350. I want more than that. So we opted to installed the ported intake/TB. We made to more pulls with that set up. The results were very good to me with 378 rwhp/366 rwhp. It became obvious that my car needed a tune real bad. Hence, the VaraRam makes 0 hp. So with a Callaway or LPE, probably 12 more hp would have showed up. We took it for a street run. Boy let me tell you, I could definitely feel the 35 hp gain. Me personally, I did not expect the enormous gain. The car was just low on hp. It was well worth it. Now I believe in getting a tune. Thanks to Jeremy
