Did mine last night. Shroud was the only difficult part. I went with the precut shroud as well. The instructions tell you that after removing the fasteners and such the shroud is pulled up and out with a little persuasion. The amount of persuasion was the tough part, but it did come out with some flexing around the lower mounting brackets. The rest of the removal and install was a piece of cake.
I may call on you (along with Vararam and L.A.P.D.), if I go that route.
