If you have a reduced engine power condition it is probably causing the service traction control message. When the PCM reduces engine power it is not able to respond to torque requests from the EBCM. If can get to Autozone or some place like that they can read the engine codes to see if you have an engine problem. They will not be able to read any of the other codes on the car though.
