Z51 rotor dimensions
Disclaimer: I did a few searches and could not find this info.
I have a set of Z51 rotors and brackets to install on my 2005 F55 vert this weekend. Is the OD of the front rotors larger than the 2005 base/F55 fronts?

Yes, they are larger. You can use them with the Z51 caliper brackets. Be aware those brackets are torqued to 125 ft.lbs. so they are tough to get off and must be re-torqued to 125 when installing them.
FYI, the caliper guide pin bolts should be torqued to 23 ft. lbs.

Yes the OD of the Z51 rotors is larger than the base or F55 on 2005-06 models.

Thanks, guys. I thought that was the case... just too much thinking on my part. 
Also, thanks for reiterating the torque specs. I've got the tools to do this simple swap from my racing days. No problem there.
