I've never heard of an OHV blower, so it's hard to say what kind of intake will hook up to it.
The Vararam will help provide cool air, but any "ram" effect at speed will not benefit a forced induction engine.
The Vararam mates up to the engine via the OEM coupler. So, if your blower is able to mate to the OEM air filter assembly, it should be able to mate to the Vararam.
If by OHV you mean a top mount (Magnuson) the answer is no. The Vararam will not work with any supercharger kit I'm aware of...centrifugal or roots. I had to change my Vararam to the LPE when my maggie was installed.

You don't need a vararam with a blower,if you ask me.The blower will force feed all the air that motor can handle and then some.VARARAM would be a waste.
