How much acid are you suppose to keep in each chamber? Is it right up to the bottom rim of each chamber or just barely above the metal plates is sufficient?
You have a battery you can add fluid to? Haven't seen one of those in a while.
But in general, most such batteries have a tube with a slice out of it, the bottom of that tube makes a split ring. The fluid should be just at that split ring at normal temperatures (68 - 75 degrees F) and with the battery level.
Unless there's been a spill you'd normally only have to add distilled water, as that's mostly what's lost due to evaporation.

This is a "Maintenance Free battery" but you can still remove caps and check levels. there is a problem here as I bought this Interstate battery one year ago so there shouldn't be a problem but this is the second time after not driving the car for a week that it went completely dead. There is no glove box light to stay on anymore (That was the very first time found this drain in the dark) so if it's the battery ?? or something I don't know is draining it?

If it is a manual trans, the shifter issue could leave a module on and if you have OnStar, that could also turn on modules. If you live in a warm climate, get the lowest CCA battery that will start your car so that you have more capacity for acid because of the heat. Heat kills batteries.

No OnStar do have manual and leave it in gear. This car doesn't have that shifter issue. I got the highest capacity battery with the most CCA that is available. There were two batteries available one was the replacement and the other an optional battery with a longer waranty of 84 mos.
