It is the TPS. If you didnt put the same tps back in the new wheels that is the issue. No tps's learned disables comp mode. Active handling stays on because it thinks you could have a flat tire.
I just got new wheels and tires and had new tps's. No Comp mode available. Only trac on and off. New TPS's relearned to the car and comp mode is available.
I dont think its the seat. If you have telescopic wheel it may not work if you have a racing seat but if you are 1lt then you should be ok.
