Ive had several issues with c6's, the scoop is that from the factory some of the lines were over torqued and screwed up the theads as they piled into the female end.. using a small file you have to "chase the threads", Its a PITA but it will work.
Exact same issue with the Stoptech's. OEM lines were tq'd too tight, and it slightly flares the fitting on the OEM line (which gums up the threads on the fitting). With some extra time (and lots of extra patience) we got these lines threaded up correctly and they sealed when tightened down correctly.
Tech @ Stoptech related this was a problem he'd heard alot with the C6's.
It's not the SS lines that are bad. It's the hardline fittings that are messed up from the factory. Just make sure you get a Die 10mmx1.00 before doing the swap on any C6. That way you can fix the threads if it gives you trouble. I've seen this before.
