Just headers or are you getting that header company's X pipe and catalytic converters too?

Most "FULL" header systems come with X pipe and High Flow cats - if thats the case here you will have a full free flowing system

When I shopped for my Headers the big three, LG, Kooks and American Racing all could be purchased as a kit with cats and X-Pipe. My understanding if I recall, you must use the X-Pipe that the Header manufacterer sells.

However, if I remember correctly all the manufacterers sold them with and without cats.

Get the whole sha-bang. I did cat backs and later added the headers, high flow cats and x-pipe. Would cost less if did it all the same time. Just my 2c

A Cold Air Intake (CAI) will be beneficial with the addition of headers, then a tune is a must.

You'll get pop with the h-pipes, the x-pipe will be quieter.
