Super Charger
I'm having a Vortex Super charger put on with headers and new exhaust system.I have a 2006 auto paddle shifter coupe the person who is doing it is done except for the tunning and dyno.He uses EFI programmer the problem is he is waiting for the new new software from EFI my car has been with him for 8 weeks what can I do? He said that EFI keeps telling him one more week one more week.EFI tells him that it has some flaws in the program. Any help or ideas out there.

Where are you located? There have been plenty of A6's tuned.
I'd tell the current tuner to deduct the cost of the tune + some for your 8 weeks without the car and HE pay to have your car towed (pref trailered) to someone who can tune it or find a tuner in your area that can tune it at the shop its currently at.
Either way 8 weeks is a LONG time to wait for a car to be finished -especially for a SC tune.
What did he charge you install on it?

Thats crazy I can get a tune in one hour from several tuners if needed. Where are you?Where are you located? There have been plenty of A6's tuned.

8 weeks? are you kidding me, i would have gone postal.... find a different tuner, your tuner has never tune ls2 before, do you really want to be the first guy? any good tuner either use ls2 edit or hptuner, most of them have access to both. the fact that your tuner doesn't have any software to tune your car, just means he has never tune ls2 yet....

Your Tuner is Bsing you. I have a 07 a6 with a VORTECH supercharger, headers, exhaust and meth and all the smaller goodies and got tuned with no problems. Jeremy Formato due my tuning with HPtuners. You need to find so very good to tune that car under boost to make it right..
