The actual peak #s are not what matters, the gain from before and after the tune on the same dyno is what is important.
His gains are 27rwhp on the same dyno, fantastic.
Even on a dynojet, you would be seeing around 20rwhp gain before and after the tune.
Dynos are just tools used for tuning.
They all vary depending on type of dyno, weather conditions, etc...
I am very impressed with the gains achieved on a stock car by a simple tune.

Took the words right out of my mouth. It's not about which dyno reads which way. It's about using the same dyno to test gains, A to B. You wouldn't dare go from one Dynojet to someone elses Dynojet to see if your mods were effective or not, would you? The bottom line is that he gained a very respectable amount of power from his tune, shown on the Dynapack before and after. The baseline numbers compared to other cars on other dynos are unimportant.

True enough. It's also about how the car feels before and after. A dyno is just a tuning tool afterall However, when this is said:

It's now comparing his dyno numbers to gains from a dynojet? Mustang dyno? Whatever dyno. Even amongst the same type of dyno, they often don't spit out the same numbers. I've used 4 different dynojets and only two were nearly identical with the same car.
