F430's sound nothing like any GM.
Maybe he only revved to 3 or 4k. Trust me, you'd hear the distinct Ferrari sound if he brought it up to its screaming redline. Their sound resembles F1 cars.
Still think the F355 sounds better though.

I know a guy that has had his "butterflies" in his F430 bypassed so they are always open. It does sound like a V6 with glass packs. But once that think starts rolling it sounds INCREDIBLE!!!

First thing, puting a camaro and a Ferrari in the same sentence is just plain ignorant, and then comparing the way they sound is just dumb. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!I would do anything possible to make my ZO6 sound like a Ferrari. Nothing sounds like a Ferrari. The only cars that even come close are the new M5 and M6, oh yeah, and F1 race cars!.The other day in my town I went for a spin in my ZO6 and as I was approaching a stop sign, a red Ferrari 360 Modena Spyder pulled out of no where and revved out the first 3 gears. AMAZING! to say the least. Pure music to the ears. I love the way they sound.
I cant wait to get a full exhaust for my ZO6.

it's only a comment. why do you find it necessary to call me dumb and ignorant? you should just buy a ferrari instead of waisting your money on a "full exhaust" for your car. it already has one, i think. it's the only way you're going to get your z06 to sound like one. dream on

An F430 sounds nothing like an RS Camaro; maybe you need to have your hearing checked-out.
Last three I heard leaving the Fairmont Seattle (while waiting for my ****ty Taurus rental nonetheless) made the hair on my neck stand-up.

My C6 with heads/cam/long tubes, sounds great, but not like that.

I ran an F430 through the gears for about 20 minutes a few months ago. Absolutely awesome sound!!! No need for a radio in that car. Grab it, throw it out the window and just listen to the sweet music that's coming from behind you.
