If you press the "Options" button on your dash, on the second page you can choose either MPH or KPH, switch to KPH and then your HUD will show KPH. 
If you would like to display both MPH & KPH at the same time....that you can't do. You could get a portable GPS though and have it show KPH and the car in MPH.
