I'd say, yes, to cancelling the extended warranty. That way, you'll get some more dollars back now, vs. fewer dollars back later. That's if you're absoultely certain you're going to mod the car very significantly such that your dealership won't allow any form of warranty. Might be good to ask; maybe even do it in uniform!!! (however, the above advice from dennis may be important, too)

Good luck, godspeed, be safe, and come home to all of us. We'll welcome you back.

Thank you for your service so that the rest of us can enjoy the freedoms that you and yours provide. Good luck and be safe.

As they say, "Kill 'em all and let God sort them out."

I would not cancel warranty. Dennis is right. It will cover the electronic stuff that is sure to fail sometime in the future. I have the extended with headers, tune, CAI and my dealer ( a good friend of mine ) and his service writer is cool about it. Keep the coverage. You might get lucky with your service writer.

Just noticed you are from Freehold, NJ. My office is here and I live a town away. When you get back, drop a line. The beers are on me, you deserve it. I am also offering my free car babysitting services...............

Use the key to open the trunk.....key hole is above license plate...underneath where the button is. Once the trunk is opened you will see emergency "pull cord??" on the left. One will open your door, when the door is open there is another pull cord on the left next to the drivers seat...that should open the hood. I've never used mine but I think I'm giving you good info.
Good luck and be safe. Guys like you allow the rest of us to be free and drive our vettes. Thanks for your service May you have an watching over you.
