Brake Bleeding?
This is one of the best written guides to bleeding brakes.

Speed bleeders won't change the procedure any really, they will just ensure air doesn't back into the system. You still need someone to watch the fluid flow to ensure all air is out.
Also,
I like to stretch a latex glove over the resorvoir and replace the cap before starting to minimize fluid loss, but then I remember, your brakes have been off for a couple weeks now anyways.
No computer is needed, as long as your resorvoir hasn't run dry.

Just used it two weekends ago! Just have to double check when you pull fluid out that it doesn't drain the reservoir if doing it solo. took me 10 minutes tops. Should go even quicker with speed bleeders since it won't back-fill into the caliper.Matt
