On the way home from work this morning, I noticed my car was surging like it was robbed of fuel, But responds imediatly when given throttle. I have no idea what the problem could be. Oil temp is 203, and engine temp is 210. This kinda worries me. Just curious if anyone else has came across this same problem or heard of it.
One of the possible causes for surging is a vacuum leak. Have you been working on the engine at all? If not, it is possible something just came off. Check the power brake boster and then look around on the intake manifold for any loose or off. If it is a vacuum leak you may also hear it with the engine running. Good luck with it.

I did browse the car this morning before I went to bed, I didnt see anything out of the normal but I only spent a few seconds looking. I will look again in the morning to see if I see anything. Plus on the way home from work I trashed the rear end.

You say it responds when you hit the throttle/add fuel. Do you mean surging (rising idle/hung up idle) or it is a dip in rpm and you have to keep it from stalling? If so is it when you come off the throttle and push down the clutch comming out of gear? If so increase the minimum running airflow table until it stops doing it but doest surge (hanging up the rpm)
Hung up idles are due to too much air in that table from a tune or on a stock car, it has an air leak after the MAF. This can include intake manifold bolts that worked loose. I recently found a friends car that had some of those bolts at 20 inch pounds when they should be at 89.
