O.k. I'm sure you guys have heard this before. My 05 has a dead battery and the key to open the rear trunk is in the center console. Anybody have any ideas as to how to get in. I went to the dealer with my Vin to get a key cut, however because I recently moved, my Ca drivers license address does not match the address on my title. Any suggestions. Thanks Ben

You should be able to convince your knothead dealer you are the owner if you have a bill or some other paperwork showing you lived at the other address. Do you have any old car insurance papers with your old address or utility bills with your name and old address?
A mobile locksmith could open it throught the back, but be prepared to pay $100 or so. They might require you to have paperwork handy that shows you own the car.
Once you get in - get it to the dealer and get it flashed. I had big time dead battery problems. The flash I had done earlier this year fixed everything. Two weeks now and no DBS - car starts right up with plenty of remaining battery power. Good luck. I think GM finally got this fixed.
My first thought! I hope by now the OP has learned the key should be with the fob and not left in the console.
What did people do before this new key/fob stuff came out?
