A6 problem anyone had this?

A6 problem anyone had this?
Went to the Marlins game last night. It was a company outing took our 06 C6 A6 blk/blk coupe. People all over it lots of "nice car" "wish I had one" "is it fast?" Lots of hand prints. Left game early didn't see bonds hit his homer.
Stopped for ice cream near home. I always drive the car in S. Wife asked out S mode so I hit down shift went into 2nd, stopped a light dropped it into 1st and drive home (1 mile) running through the gears. Got to our driveway stopped put it into P wife got out and went inside. I put car into S and stepped on the gas revs went up car didn't move. Went in to P again and into D still no movement. Keep doing that and finally it moved but RPMS were around 3,000 and it creped into the garage.
Had an engine light about a month ago after using paddle shift took it in and they cleaned some solenoid.
Had A6 problem last year week after we got it wouldn’t come out of park. Got back and the next week would not go into park. It’s been fine with the exception of the rear end grinding sound which was fixed.
If they have it too long thinking about FL lemon law. If I win I’ll get a 2008 convertible MANUAL.
